At Bellasoft, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST from Monday to Friday are processed either the same day or the next business day. Occasionally, it may take up to 2 business days to process an order. Orders received over the weekend are processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Our Fulfillment Center in Northern California handles shipping through various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 2 to 5 business days. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Once processed, you will receive another email with tracking information. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact support@bellasoftcbd.com immediately with a description and photos.
We only ship within the United States to states where our products are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure legality in your area. Bellasoft is not responsible for orders confiscated due to legal issues. Additionally, we are not liable for products once handed over to the shipping carrier. Lost or damaged items should be claimed through the carrier or with Route Shipping Protection, if purchased.
For returns, we offer a 30-Day Refund Policy. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact returns@bellasoftcbd.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
