Fulfillment Processing
Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST from Monday to Friday are processed either the same day or the next business day. Occasionally, it may take up to 2 business days to process an order. Orders received over the weekend are processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery Time
Our Fulfillment Center in Northern California handles shipping through various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Depending on your location, delivery can take between 2 to 5 business days. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
Once processed, you will receive another email with tracking information. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact support@bellasoftcbd.com immediately with a description and photos.

Bellasoft CBD is not responsible for orders confiscated due to legal issues. Additionally, we are not liable for products once handed over to the shipping carrier. Lost or damaged items should be claimed through the carrier or with 17TRACK Shipping Protection, if purchased.
